This Privacy Policy explains how Wadoo Holdings LLC, operating as VIP Marketing Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information through vipmarketinghub.com, our newsletter, business inquiries, and support channels. Information you provide
When you send a business inquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name, selected area of interest, and message. Newsletter signup collects your email address and any other information you choose to submit through the signup form. Support requests may include contact, account, and service details. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through these channels.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request and discuss relevant services, support information to provide assistance, and subscriber information to manage and deliver the newsletter. A business inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Technical and interaction information may also be used to operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, understand use of our content, and measure newsletter signup sources and engagement.
Service providers and external links
Information is processed by providers supporting these functions, including Hostinger for hosting, Beehiiv for newsletter subscriptions and delivery, CookieYes for cookie preferences, and the external VIP Help Desk for support. Email and technical infrastructure providers also process information needed to deliver messages and operate these services. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, where required by law, to protect legal rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Cookies and technical information
When you visit, hosting and embedded services may receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security information. The homepage includes a Beehiiv signup form and signup-attribution script. Newsletter services may collect delivery, link-click, and similar interaction information. Retention and security
Retention periods depend on the information and the reason it is held, including handling an inquiry, providing a service, maintaining a subscription, resolving disputes, keeping business records, and meeting legal obligations. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery but does not necessarily remove all historical records or information needed to honor your opt-out. Providers may also retain logs and backups under their own practices. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter email. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise an objection or other privacy request, email support@vipmarketinghub.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Depending on the law that applies, additional rights may be available, including receiving a copy of your information or restricting certain uses.
